Valley's featured missions speaker this year will be Dave Bliss, the Director of Missions Mobilization for the North Central District of the EFCA. Dave grew up in the NE metro and attended Hope EFC in Oakdale. He has a degree in International Ministry from Moody Bible Institute and is licensed with the EFCA. From 2006-2010, he served with ReachGlobal in Poland and went on to open, serve, and lead the ministry in Bulgaria until 2024, where somewhere between 80-100 self-sustaining churches have now been established. Dave served on the Europe Division Leadership team of the EFCA from 2019-2024.
