Our vision at Valley is to bring glory to God by calling all people into an abundant life with Jesus Christ. Everyone can bring glory to God by using the talents, skills, and abilities that He intended you to use. Whether it’s helping guests find their way in our building, holding an infant, playing an instrument, or anything in between, do it all for the glory of God. There is simply no greater joy than to know you are used by God in a way that makes an eternal impact on others.

WORSHIP

Worship is at the center of all we do and are. We are called to be His people, a worshiping people. Most of us can articulate what worship is and the importance of it. But unfortunately, worship is one of those areas that is too easily left in the realm of principle and not seen as a tangible reality in our lives. Our prayer is that worship, personal and corporate, would continually mark our lives.

"Yet a time is coming and has now come when the true worshipers will worship the Father in the Spirit and in truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks"  (John 4:23).

GROW

Growth is as much a part of our spiritual life as it is in our physical, cognitive and emotional life. Over and over again in Scripture, we are told to 'put off the old man and put on the new', to grow in our faith and relationship with Christ. At Valley Free, spiritual growth for everyone is a core part of our mission as a church. Let it take root in your life.

"So then, just as you received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live your lives in Him, rooted and built up in Him, strengthened in the faith as you were taught, and overflowing with thankfulness"  (Colossians 2:6-7).

SERVE

In the story of the Last Supper, Jesus took a towel and washed the disciples’ feet. It was a living illustration concerning the call to humility and service. As He explained the essence of this lesson, He told His disciples to be careful to follow His example. We still look at Jesus as our example for serving.
